That's completely normal, and often where I add the most value. A lot of leaders know something isn't working but can't put their finger on what or how to fix it. Part of my role is helping you figure that out. You don't need all the answers before we talk. You just need to know something needs to change.

A real conversation, not a sales pitch. Come prepared to share honestly. The more we can pull back the curtain, the faster we get to what's actually going on. By the end, we'll both know if this is the right fit.

Every engagement is different. Sometimes the work dictates the investment, sometimes the budget shapes the work. Either way, we figure out the right fit together. We'll talk through it during the discovery call and I'll put together a proposal that makes sense for where you are.

It depends on what you need. Some engagements are a few months of focused work. Others are ongoing partnerships that evolve over time. We'll figure out the right structure during our discovery call, and I build in checkpoints so we can adjust as we go.

Both. I'm based in Los Angeles, but I travel based on what the project needs. In-person is always more effective for things like team assessments or early development work. We'll figure out what makes sense for your timeline, budget, and goals.
