The entertainment industry says you have to pick a lane: you're either a money person or a creative person.
I live in the world of both/and.
I drive alignment between creative and business goals because operational design should protect the creative process, not restrict it. I help you build the bridge between them.
Because what you're
building is worth protecting.
With boots on the ground from day one in 2001, I spent 22 years working my way up, ultimately becoming the longest-running female executive producer in franchise history.
Like most productions, creative and operations weren't set up to work together. Season by season, I became the bridge that changed that.
anticipating challenges before they derailed us.
building the frameworks we needed.
helping people discover new ways to add value.
upholding our standards of quality work.
bridging relationships across departments.
The success of The Bachelor franchise proved that creative-operational alignment isn't just possible. It's transformative. No more creative and operations at war. No more burnout. No more teams set up to fail.
The vision can be protected. The production can run smoothly. Teams can thrive.
i'll show you how
“There are far too many times to count that decisions made by Nicole not only saved vital storylines and the budget,
but probably saved The Bachelor franchise as well.”
Martin Hilton
Former President, The Bachelor Franchise
Three commitments shape how I show up – every conversation, every engagement, every time something new rises to the surface.
Whether you’re navigating a strategic move, a leadership gap, or something you don’t quite have a name for yet, you’ll have a reliable right hand who is connected to the work and can offer support without missing a beat.
01
the Landscape
Real understanding has to come before real solutions. Who are the key stakeholders? Where are you now? What’s keeping you up at night? Before anything else, I want to understand what’s actually going on.
02
in Reality
This is where my superpower kicks in. I assess what's possible given where you actually are: the timeline, the budget, your priorities. I surface the gaps and opportunities that others overlook, then the right path becomes clear.
03
the Path Forward
Together we build a strategy that can expand and contract as priorities evolve, whether you need a collaborative partner or someone to fully take the reins.

When I left The Bachelor franchise after 22 years,
the question I kept asking myself was: where do I go from here?
The obvious move would have been to take freelance EP work — producing a single show, then another, then another. But the harder question was the one I kept circling back to: would I feel underutilized and, more importantly, would I feel fulfilled?
Looking back, the answer was already there. I may have been under one umbrella, but I was never running just one show. I was running an entire ecosystem, one I helped build from the ground up. Multiple shows and spin-offs. Bachelor Nation as a brand. A talent network that needed support. Strategic partnerships. Brand reputation… and the list goes on.
That kind of depth doesn't come from just any job. It comes from staying long enough to build and rebuild, through two decades of industry evolution.
That kind of depth doesn't come from just any job. It comes from staying long enough to build and rebuild, through two decades of industry evolution.
Then, the more I listened to what was happening across the industry, the more it became impossible to ignore. The same stories of productions being a mess, the same challenges I cracked early in my career, still tripping organizations up today. Chaos and dysfunction quietly dismantling the very thing people are trying to build.
So I built Nicole Woods & Company. Fractional executive leadership that brings the depth of my experience to more than one organization at a time.
I've pioneered a lot in my career. Cracking an industry-wide problem feels like the right next move.
